The Holy Bible is the very truth of God, written by the Holy Spirit through men chosen by Him for that purpose. The Holy Bible is not the word of men but is the Word of God. (See 2 Peter 1: 16-21).
There is only One True God, and He exists eternally in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is fully God and fully man. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. He is the only means by which one may be saved. (See Acts 4:12). The means of salvation and being born again are clearly described in Romans 10:9-10 and John 3:1-6, 15-16.
In order to be saved or go to heaven one must be born again through the power of the Holy Spirit. (See John 3). One must repent of his or her sins and receive Jesus into his or her heart. After one is born again he or she must develop a relationship with Jesus Christ through prayer, the study of God’s Word, a lifestyle of praise and worship, and obedience to God’s will for his or her life.
Water baptism does not save, but is done in obedience to God’s Word, as a public proclamation of faith, and identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The five-fold ministry of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers is for today. (See Ephesians 4: 8-14). These five-fold offices of ministry are necessary for the growth and development of the believer into a mature Christian.
We are in the last days or the “day of the Lord” spoken of in the Bible. The end times prophecies and conditions spoken of by the Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 24 are steadily and increasingly coming to pass. No man can know the day or hour of the return of Jesus Christ, but we understand that we must prepare for the soon return of Jesus Christ, and for the time of testing that has come and is coming upon the Body of Christ to prepare us for His return.
